The process can be summarised in the following terms :-

Step 1. Identify the Data Sources and store details in the Information Catalogue.

Step 2. Identify the Data Targets.
This will involve storing details in the Information Catalogue and creating a Generic Target Data Model.

Step 3. Define the validation, clean-up and transformation from Data Sources to Data Targets.
