For this analysis the four Stages of interest are :-

    The process can be summarised in the following terms :-
  • Step 1. Identify the Data Sources
  • Step 2. Identify the Data Targets. This will usually involve simply one Generic Target Data Model.
  • Step 3. Define the validation, clean-up and transformation from Data Sources to Data Targets.
